    UK Entomology staff member and graduate student Laura Rosenwald has won the 2020 Shelby Stamper Award for Outreach. This $150 award is offered annually to an individual department member who has made outstanding contributions to entomology outreach during their time at UK.   • Dr. Clare Rittschof & Dr. Nick Teets of the University of Kentucky Department of Entomology are recipients of research awards from the University of Kentucky College of Agriculture, Food, and The Environment (CAFE). Dr. Rittschoff received the Prestigious Paper Award for her contributions to the field of functional genomics related to bee behavior. Dr. Teets received the Bobby Pass Excellence in Grantsmanship award for earning more than $2 million in funding for his research on insects and extreme climatic conditions in Antarctica.
