  • University of California Extension Entomologist Dr. Larry Godfrey (1956-2017) was recently honored with a career retrospective here, at the UC Davis Entomology and Nemology website. Dr. Godfrey graduated from Dr. Yeargan's laboratory at The University of Kentucky Department of Entomology in 1984. Godfrey was know for his work in rice and cotton IPM.

    UK Entomology Graduate Student and Lab Tech Glenn Skiles was named American Moquito Control Association (AMCA) Young Professional of the Month for DEcember 2016. Her work concerns improving barrier treatments for mosquito control. Glenn becomes the first student from UK's Public Entomolog Lab to receive this recognition.
