Morphology: this cell line mainly consist ofelongated, fibroblast-shaped cells. with mean diamter of 11.3 µm; Growth characteristics: population doubling time= 76hr; Authentication: identity of this cell line is confirmed by DAF-PCR; Unique properties: Catalase gene expression was identified in all seven cell lines.
