Morphology: this cell line majorily consists of two distinct cell types: a majority of spherical cells and minority of elongated cells with mean diamter of 12.1 µm; Growth characteristics: population doubling time= 63hr; Authentication: identity of the cell line is confirmed by DAF-PCR; Unique properties: Catalase gene expression was identified in all seven cell lines.
