Morphology: exhibited network-like processes; Unique properties: this cell line was generated by combining cells in suspension from the early primary cultures of HvVNC-WG1 and HvVNC-WG3; Authentication: Inter-simple sequence repeats (ISSR-PCR) is used with a variety of primers to distinguish this cell line from different species; tests were performed to determine whether proteins characteristic of neural ceils present in the newly developed cell lines.
