In Kentucky, aerial application of general use (and unclassified) pesticides as well as restricted use pesticides requires a Cat 11 Aerial Applicator’s License. 

Additionally, in Kentucky, the Cat 11 Aerial Applicator’s license is not stand alone and must be used in combination with another category the addresses the site of application (eg., Cat 1A Ag Plant, Cat 2 Forest, Cat 5 Aquatic, Cat 6 Rights-of-way).
