Morphology: a variety of morphologies, including spherical, flattened, multi-sided (epithelial-like), and elongated cells (fibroblast-like), spherical cells ranged in diameter from 7 to 50 μm, multi-sided and elongated cells ranged from 16×16 to 77 × 27 μm; Growth characteristics: population doubling time = 51 h; Authentication: used DNA fingerprinting (DAF-PCR).
