Notes

Authentication: isozyme patterns were used for reliable identification; Unique properties: cell lines express high levels of NMDMC (NAD-dependent methylenetetrahydrofolate dehydrogenase-cyclohydrolase); Many of the clones have been reported by "Great Lakes Forestry Centre", which are as follows: FPMI-CF-70 Clones (Clone B5 Cf DEF will infect 19% of these cells ); Clone B6 Cf DEF will infect 67% of these cells; Clone A4 CfDEF will infect 19% of these cells.
