EXIGUA NUCLEOPOLYHEDROVIRUS INFECTION. In Vitro Cellular & Developmental Biology-Animal, 45(5-6), pp.201-204.
Morhphology: this clonal cell line is composed of mostly spindle-shaped and spherical cells; Growth characteristics: doubling time = 28 hr; Authentication: this cell line is confirmed to be originated from S. exigua by DNA amplification fingerprinting technique employing polymerase chain reaction (DAF-PCR) analysis using aldolase as a primer.
