Morphology: this cell line contained the same cell types as Sf21: small spherical cells averaging 19.5 µm in diameter; fibroblast-like cells averaging 116 µm by 20 µm; and polymorphic cells averaging 48 µm by 30 µm; Growth characteristics: population doubling time of 36 hr in IPL-40/45 or 24 hr in TNM-FH.
