Origin: this is a clonal cell line derived from Se3FH; Unique properties: this line is very sensitive to the hydrodynamic shear rates in bioreactors but was able to adapt to suspension culture using the protective additives polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) or polyvinyl pyrrolidone (PVP) with the disaggregant dextran sulfate (DS).
