Entomology Students Win at NAFIWC

The North American Forest Insect Work Conference (NAFIWC) meets every 5 years, and draws in forest entomologists, ecologists, and managers from the US, Canada and Mexico. We met last week virtually. The conference holds a student paper competition very similar to ESA’s, with essentially the same evaluation metrics (scientific content and rigor, presentation organization, slides, delivery). Three of the four NAFIWC student paper awards went to Mary Wallace, Hannah Hollowell, and Zach Bragg from UK's Forest Entomology Laboratory. Congratulations!
