4-H Pollinator Pals

4-H Pollinator Pals

The 4-H Pollinator Pals are group of Kentucky 4-H Teen Leaders from around Kentucky. The Pals work together to build pollinator habitats and to educate the public about the importance of pollinators. This $15,000 project is supported by the National 4-H Council and Corteva Agriscience.

In 2022, the Pollinator Pals installed new pollinator gardens at the following locations:

  • Carter County Extension Office
    94 Fairground Dr
    Grayson, KY 41143-9520
  • Clark County Extension Office
    1400 Fortune Dr
    Winchester, KY 40391
  • Durr Education Center (Kenton County Extension)
    450 Kenton Lands Road
    Erlanger, KY 41018

Help to continue the legacy of the Pollinator Pals! Contact the Extension 4-H staff at one of the locations above and volunteer to help maintain their new garden.

Even better... install a pollinator garden or apply pollinator-friendly practices on your own property!
